Our company is certified by ISO 9001:2008 since April 2003. In addition we are certified by top-tier customers , carrying out audits and monitoring for the approval of its suppliers. 
Raw materials
We use aluminum ingots melting from 1st signature ALCOA . Each delivery is accompanied by certificate of chemical analysis of the melt , which is recorded and available to the customer.
Moulds
From the information provided by the client ( 2D plane , 3D geometry, or physical sample ) , the molds are designed by our technical department . Depending on the number of parts to be manufactured, the most suitable type of mold is built , and can be from a manual mold , multi-cavity molds up with ejector plates and multiple feeding.
